A Palm Coast man waved a gun case at his son's mother when she wouldn't give him money, officials said.
John Joseph D'Amato, 67, was arrested shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday after he came into the woman's hair salon in the 4700 block of East Moody Boulevard and yelled at her that "he had nothing to lose if he killed her," according to a Flagler County sheriff's report.
He then pulled out a gun case from her son's car and shook the case toward the salon while screaming, "You are going to get yours," investigators stated.
When deputies arrested D'Amato, they found a loaded .38-caliber handgun in the gray gun case. He was booked into the Flagler Inmate Facility and was later released on $5,000 bail.
