Great house for the money. This home is a great value. It even has a half bath in the garage. Would make a great home for someone. not a forclosure or a short sale. Can close quick.

Also like the kitchen, although I'm not fond of black appliances, also like the walk-in shower, if we ever move that will be a definite in the next house, didn't see a porch. screened or otherwise, kitties said forget it.
